Parking in St Helens Town Centre

Langtree Park, opened in 2011, is the home of St Helens RFC. It has a capacity in excess of 18,000 and it also hosts Liverpool FC reserves games. St Helens RFC were one of the founding members of the Northern Rugby Football Union in 1895. They are nicknamed the Saints and are one of the most successful teams in the Challenge Cup.

There is no official car park at Langtree Park though there are other parking options in the vicinity. However, these can get very busy on match days, meaning it is generally advisable and cheaper to book your parking space. St Helens Central railway station is located roughly a 15-minute walk from Langtree Park.

There are a number of bars and restaurants located in the vicinity of Langtree Park. These include, The Glass House, The Running Horses, and the Wheatsheaf Pub, which all serve food and drinks. There are also some interesting attractions in the area, such as The World of Glass which explores the towns links to the glass making industry.
