Parking charges are applicable all year round on Cowes Parade (pay by phone reference 84006), while parking on Cowes Esplanade (pay by phone reference 84000) is seasonal, coming into effect between March 1st and October 31st. Both Cowes Parade and Cowes Esplanade accept tourist permits, resident zone parking permits, and disabled badge holder permits.
Short Stay Off-Street Parking
The Cross Street car park offers parking between 8am and 6pm, 7 days a week with a maximum stay of 2 hours. There are 69 parks, 5 disabled, 1 motorcycle.
Charges 8am to 6pm, up to 1⁄2 hour/60p, 1⁄2 hour to 1 hour/£1.00, 1 – 2 hours/£2.00, 2 – 3 hours/£2.90, 3 – 4 hours/£3.80, 4 – 5 hours/£4.60
Long Stay Off-Street Parking
Brunswick Road and Mornington Road car parks provide parking for 30-40 vehicles, with Brunswick Road providing 2 designated disabled parks and 1 motorcycle park. Tourist and resident permits are permitted. Charges apply 7 days a week including bank holidays, between 8am and 6pm.
Charges: Up to 1 hour/£1.00, 1-2 hours/£2.00, 2-4 hours/£3.40, 4-6 hours/£4.50, 6-10 hours/£6.60

Getting to Cowes
By Ferry: Cowes is served by a high-speed catamaran passenger ferry from Southampton operated by Red Funnel, known as the Red Jet.
By Bus: The main bus service for Cowes is the Southern Vectis’ route 1, which connects Cowes to the other Isle of Wight towns.
