The ticket office is staffed part-time, open Monday to Saturday, 06:10 to 00:10, and Sunday, 08:40 to 00:10. A step-free bridge provides access to the platforms and the lifts and escalators that connect to the tram stop. An underpass beneath the A8 gives pedestrian access from the close by Gyle shopping centre.
