In 1912, Lawrence Taylor planted the first fruit trees on the 55 hectares of land at Lathcoats Farm. Now their shop supplies more than 40 apple varieties. Throughout the summer months visitors can pick their own fruit, from strawberries and raspberries to cherries and plums. Their coffee house offers homemade cakes, afternoon tea and light lunches, with an emphasis on local, seasonal ingredients.
