Council Offices car park:

• Availability hours: weekends, bank holidays, and after 6pm on weekdays
• Please note that this is a staff car park from 6am to 6pm from Monday to Friday 

Morrisons car park:

• Charge: free, maximum stay of 2 hours, no return within 3 hours 
• Disabled parking: free

Mill Lane car park: 

• Charge: free, maximum stay of 3 hours, no return within 3 hours 
• Season permit: £290.50 per year, allows you to park for more than 3 hours at a time 
• Disabled parking: free, ticket not required if displaying a blue badge 
• Charging hours: 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday 

Please note that you cannot park caravans, motor homes or trailers in any of the above car parks. If there are no ticket machines working in a car park, and no other ways for you to pay for your parking, you will not be given a penalty charge notice for failing to display a ticket. You will, however, be given a ticket for any of the following:

• Parking in a disabled parking bay without a valid blue badge.
• Parking over the time limit. 
• Parking in a bay where there are timed restrictions. 

The Tandridge District Council also operates a permit scheme which will allow residents and local traders to use in a specific car park. In Oxted, you can buy a trader's permit for the Ellice Road car park for £546.60 a year.
