Parking Providers Make money from your empty parking space.

When listing your space, we provide a ‘tip’ for the hourly, daily and monthly rate. This recommendation is based on the average market value of booked parking on the platform within a 0.5 mile radius of your location.
Hint: Never go by the price of available pins on the website as they can indicate a price point that driver’s are not willing to pay which is why they are available.

You can rent out your driveway, garage, off-street parking, residential parking, underground parking, commercial parking and even empty land (where suitable for parking). Our platform features parking at churches, hotels, supermarkets, retail parks, storage facilities, houses, blocks of flats, and even farms.

We don’t charge any listing fees or ongoing maintenance fees on your listing. It’s completely FREE to list your space on the YourParkingSpace platform.

Unlike other marketplaces including JustPark and Parklet, YourParkingSpace does not charge you, the provider, any fees when we secure you a booking. We pay our providers 100% of their listed rate for all bookings.

YourParkingSpace adds a 20% uplift onto your set price and advertises the parking space as Provider Rate + 20% Uplift = Total Price. The total price is paid by the driver, we pay you 100% of your rate set, and we keep our uplift to keep the business running and invest further into customer acquisition via Social Media ads, SEO and PPC

Providers are paid on the first business day of each month. All payments leave our accounts by this day and are typically within your account by 7pm. Providers can opt for earnings to be paid via Bank Transfer or via PayPal. All earnings above £10.00 are automatically paid, any earnings under £10.00 are rolled over to the following month until the balance exceeds £10.00 and qualifies for automatic payment. You can request a balance of <£10.00 to be released at any time, your account will then be qualified to receive payment on the next payment date.
