Residents can apply for a local parking ticket to park at one long-stay park near their home. This costs £60 per year, and will cost £20 to be reissued if you lose your ticket. You must live within a certain distance of a long-stay car park, and you must only use the ticket at the car park named on the ticket.
Residents can also apply for a residents’ parking permit at a cost of £50 each year. If you are eligible for a second permit, this will cost £80. You can also purchase a visitors’ parking permit, so your guests can park in a residential bay for up to 24 hours. These permits are sold in packs of 10, and a pack costs £5.
