If you don’t want to venture too far from the heart of Sleaford, St Denys Church can be found within easy walking distance of the rest of the town. Parts of the church date back to the 12th century, and it’s decorated windows are considered especially beautiful. 

Cogglesford Watermill is also within easy reach of the town centre, and is likely the last Sheriff’s watermill working in England. Admission is free and it’s location along the river makes it a stunning place to enjoy the sunshine.
