This space is ideal for anyone visiting Cambridge for the day or evening event. It is only about a 15 minute walk to the centre most of which is on dedicated footpaths with a beautiful view of the River Cam and Trinity College (Garret Hostel Bridge) on the way.

So buyers are aware Adams Rd street parking is free however it quickly gets filled up by the early morning until evening. Therefore there often is no space and its also a relatively busy and narrow road so is quite risky to park on - seen a few uni students on bikes riding, probably for the first time, banging into things. This carpark is on a driveway, little used by us, away from the road so is much safer and well worth the avoidance of stress having to manically search for a free spot!

Someone is always at the house and its perfect to leave cars overnight in - of course the driveway is always open and can be used all hours of the day!
