Parking spaces located on Shepherds House Farm Bungalow in Brotton. The spaces are suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Van. At this location there is Security lighting.

The spaces are available 10AM-2PM on a weekend and 7AM-4PM on weekdays. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

To access the parking, There is a manually operated level crossing. The gates must both be opened manually before crossing with the vehicle and both closed manually after the vehicle has crossed. This is applicable in both directions.

The parking is on private property. Do not stray off the driveway onto any area of the property footprint. This is for your safety. This is a working farm and the owner will not be liable for any accident or injury resulting from your non compliance. You will be liable for any damage caused.

The area is monitored.

You may encounter farm machinery, animals or other vehicles all of which which have priority over you and you may be required to reverse a considerable distance to give way.

Turning is possible but restricted for LWB vans. Please take care of the gates, posts and pillars, Drivers are liable for any damage caused to the pillars walls or gates.

Likewise to damage to any other vehicle already parked on the driveway.
