One space located on Wesley Hall in Blackburn. The space is close to BLACKBURN TOWN CENTRE, BLACKBURN COLLEGE, KING GEORGES HALL BLACKBURN, DARWEN STREET BLACKBURN, REEL CINEMA BLACKBURN and THE MALL BLACKBURN. The space is suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Large - (4x4).

The space is available 6:30AM-6PM on Thursday, Friday and 24 hours on Thursday, Friday. You can enter/exit this car park multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

Please note that during periods of snow fall, the car park will not be manually cleared of snow. It will however be gritted thoroughly. As such, parking bay lines and numbers may not be visible. If this is the case, please park where it is convenient, respecting other car park users.

Once snow fall has cleared, parking would revert to the specific bays allocated to YPS customers.
