The space is available 24 hours on all days. A permit is required for this parking space, instructions for collection will be provided in your confirmation email. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

I have a parking space available in Rodney Place. There is a large amount of parking and always a large number of free spaces. If you agree to rent my space, I will provide a permit to display. I am typically available out with office hours to provide the permit (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm), although currently working from home, so can be flexible. Note that the permit renews annually at the end of August, and I will provide the new permit for display should your rental period overlap with this. When the rental period ends I will require the permit back.

Legal Stuff: The Owner is not responsible for or damage to any vehicle or any items left in a vehicle parked in the designated space/garage. Unless caused by deliberate act and/or malice by his/her self or member of his/her family but is bound by a “Duty of Care”. The Parker is responsible for any damage caused by him/herself or by said vehicle to the Owner’s property and/or articles in excess of normal use and wear and tear.
