No one to talk with,the guy at reception said is they're car park but not manage it,booked a week before turn up no spaces available,very poor

I prepaid for parking. There was ONE (Yes one) space left which I managed to squeeze into. Other cars were driving around looking for a space. I went into reception to check I wasn't in the wrong car…

Car park was full on arrival, despite pre-booking a space. You can prebook, but also park on the day. So if a big event is on at the arena, all you have done is prebook fresh air.

Simple process booked online well in advance. Located car park next to hotel plenty of spaces no problems. Received emails in advance reminding me of the facility. Would definitely use again.
