Great communication. Easy 10 minute walk to Ricoh. 3 cars can park on drive, so possibility of getting stuck if the other people aren't back at the same time. Worked well for us.

Great parking space for the Ricoh, easy to find and about a 10 minute walk to it. Not too far from the main roads when leaving an event either. Owner was waiting to greet too. Would use this again.
