20-25 mins walk to the centre of town via the Coton footpath or 10-minute bike ride.

The driveway is excellent for conferences/open days or dropping off kids held at many Cambridge colleges: Robinson College 10 mins via Adams Rd, Murray Edwards-10 mins, Churchill (Moller Centre) 5 mins, Clare Hall 15 mins, Fitzwilliam 15 mins. Newnham & Selwyn are 20-25 mins walk away.

Walking distance to West Road Concert Hall & the Grange Road Rugby ground - 15 mins. When walking to town, use the Coton footpath as it is much quicker than going via Madingley Road.
