The deposit is required to cover any access equipment (e.g.: security keys/fobs) and to protect the Space Owner against missed rental payments. It’s completely refundable, and at the end of the rental once access equipment is returned and there are no outstanding rental payments, the full or remaining deposit will be returned.

Your season ticket will automatically renew on the date that the new season starts, unless you submit notice to cancel your season ticket. Please note, your season ticket will continue to automatically renew until termination of your booking

Cancellations for season ticket purchases can be requested up to 48 hours after the start date for a full refund less the cost of parking for any days used.

To cancel the automatic renewal of your rolling season ticket, you will need to contact us to submit notice to cancel up to 30-days before your season ticket is due for renewal.
