Open access allocated space available to rent on a monthly basis in Southwell Court (Middlesbrough).10 minute walk to Hillstreet Centre.(Pre-booking instructions: Parking permit is provided to the driver). A quiet neighbourhood near Newport Road, which has both Aldi and Lidl a short walk away. I live on the ground floor so it will be easy to give and recieve the parking permit needed to use the car park. It is monitored by a private firm so displaying the permit it required at all times, even residents get a ticket.
