The first month's rent will be taken today. The second month’s rent will be taken on the first day of the second month, with rolling monthly payments being taken on this date of each month, until termination of the booking.

Your monthly booking can be cancelled up to 48 hours after the start date for a full refund, less any days used, giving you time to ensure that the space is suitable before the 30 day notice period applies.

To cancel the automatic renewal of your monthly booking, contact us to give notice to terminate the booking. 30 days notice will be applied from the date that you contact us.
