I am renting out my car parking space in the XQ7 development which is on top of exchange quay tram station - about a 5 minute tram from Cornbrook and a 10 minute tram from Deansgate. We want someone to use the space for commuting purposes, rather than for storing a vehicle.

We are also looking for a minimum 3 month contract. Please get in touch!

Note: We are a private company, so would require the tenant to provide a copy of their passport, their work address, and just the basic info (e.g. number plate) for the parking space. Other then that, all good to go!
