* The space is located in a new estate - Forge Wood Crawley on a large private drive. Just around the corner from Gatwick Airport making it a perfect alternative to airport parking, with 10 mins journey in a taxi.

* The space is not adjacent to the house; it is located ROUND THE CORNER from the house. Please check the Google Maps images for directions, as some sat navs still do not accurately navigate to the address).

* It is a shared drive with total of nine (9) parking spaces - three (3) parallel parking spaces in the middle lane belong to us, you will be parking against the middle garage, which is signposted and there is a wooden pallet indicating where to park.

* Night lighting for late night /early morning parking as shown on the photos.

* No CCTV.

* No size or height restrictions.

* Short distance to Gatwick Airport (approx.. 8-10 mins drive) and Three Bridges/Horley/Gatwick train station for connections to London
