Poor instructions - we paid and displayed again because there was no entrance on Burgess Syreet as directed. Won’t be doing this again

Great service in all areas of booking process. Easy, efficient and excellent advice about checking we had gone in the right car park. Good attention to detail, very impressed. Thank you.

Great for the theatre. 5min walk, well lit, tricky to find entrance but if you pay attention and don’t go for the many other LCC ones it’s a doddle. Would use again.

Parking is very tight if you’re not good at reverse parking. I was lucky as we used the disabled bay with a blue badge. However the rest of the bays are very tight to manoeuvre into

It was easy to find a space just abit confusing which carpark to go on has it look like there was 3 carparks
RSRob S.
Be careful parking at Kempston Street Parking as the entrance is in Burgess Street. If you park on the car park on Kempston Street, you will get a parking fine, as did I.

Cheap and handy parking for the Liverpool Empire. There are 3 rows for parking, one being down the centre of the car park. I didn't experience anyone parking in the centre row, but I think it could b…

Easy to find. The only issue is the council carpark on the left is cheaper than the ukcp carpark on the right!

Easy to find using what3words. Little bit of a walk to lime street - maybe 6-7 minutes downhill. No issues.
ABAndrea B.

Even though I knew which car park to go into, putting in the address a satnav still tells you to go in to the liverpool city centre council car park, not much signing for the right car park

Brilliant, near the train station and easy to find

Found straight away using what 3 words. A great budget car park. Thank You

Easy to find, used what three words and made sure it was UKPC and not Liverpool council. Plenty of parking and easy to book

Good parking area, but hard to identify as it is next to, or near alternative car parks. The car park could be improved by clear signage that identifies the car par as a Your Parking Space car park.
ABAndy B.
Returned to my car to find a fixed penalty notice on front screen. Appears that there are two car parks identicle each side of the road. I parked in the one with spaces. Not happy.
