Very close to city centre and transport links: 5 minutes walk to Broughton Street; 10-minute walk to York Place (tram stop for the airport); 15 minutes walk to Omni Centre / Playhouse Theatre / John Lewis / St. Andrew Square (bus station); 20-minute walk to Waverley Station; 20 minute walk to Botanical Gardens. Number 8 bus stops 2 minutes walk away - regular link to city centre and Royal Infirmary hospital.
