The drive holds up to 7 cars and is not locked. There is CCTV in place and we have a Neighbourhood Watch on WhatsApp where neighbours are in constant touch with each other. The drive is in a cul-de-sac and is considered secure. The parking area is a private driveway in a cul de sac with just 12 houses. There is room for up to 6 cars and is located 1 minute from Birmingham City Football Ground and 10 Minutes from Birmingham City Centre and the famous Bullring. The property is privately owned with good security. Easy links to main transportation system such as the Metro, local buses, New Street and Moor Street Stations.

Fantastic location.Travelled up from Tunbridge Wells to follow Leyton Orient at St Andrews,which was literally a two minute minutes walk to the ground..The lady householder was friendly and welcoming…
