Car parking spaces on private drive in cul-de-sac, approximately 10 min walk to sandy park (Exeter Chiefs), 25 min walk to Devon County Show ground (West Point), 5 min drive to Exeter Airport and 5 min walk to Digby & Sowton railway station with an 8 min train journey to Exeter City centre and 15 mins to Exmouth beach in opposite direction! Also a popular parking spot for University students who aren’t able to park on campus. Train and bus options to and from uni at this address. I am unable to accommodate vans or large (high) vehicles.
