Thanks for booking the parking space. Please note that you need the parking permit to park in the space. You need to collect it and affix to the inside of your windscreen on the passenger side.

It is a private permit. Non-residents can park there as long as they have the parking permit.

I generally leave the parking permit under my door mat. It is the original one so you must return it and please drop it on my letter box.

My flat is at the ground floor and the parking space is to the rear of my door entrance.

If you do not take the parking permit you risk to get a fine and i won't take any responsibilities.
