PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL AREA AND WE ASK THAT THE LOCALS ARE RESPECTED WITH NOISE LEVELS. ANY LITTERING WILL RESULT IN A £200.. ON THE SPOT FINE AND PARKING REFUSED WITH NO REFUND. THE RACECOURSE IS ALSO WITHIN WALK DISTANCE (20-25 mins)
