The space is available 24 hours on all days. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.
I have a Grey Tesla which is parked on the drive near the fence, there is plenty of space for a large car (4x4) to park next to mine.
I work from home and so can keep an eye on the car during the day. I also have a CCTV camera installed above the window to keep an eye on my cars. To be fair though I have been here over 3 years and no issues with crime or car it's a good area.
