We used the parking to visit Portsmouth FC. we arrived earlier than expected I spoke with host on the phone and she very kindly agreed to accept us an hour early at no extra cost.

Whilst is what ok to find the parking spot, because the parking is on a raised concrete apron in from of the house a motorist had parked right behind me on the road making it difficult to exit

Have to park parallel with the house - but ample space for a fairly large car. 14 minutes from Fratton Park, and easy exit from the town. Would recommend this parking space!
