The permit is for one day (00:00 to 23:59). The permit allows you to park anywhere on Ennis Road, Woodstock Road or Perth Road. Those roads are 5 mins walk from Finsbury Park and Finsbury Park Station. The space is perfectly situated to attend Arsenal matches or events in Finsbury Park.
