The next phase of Mercedes Benz’s electrification move sees the launch of the EQB. The all-electric SUV will be available with a choice of two powertrains from launch.
Seven seats are set to be fitted as standard for UK customers, with those in the third row able to fit people up to 5ft 4 in tall.
The EQB 300 and EQB 350 will be available at launch, though additional versions will come along in due course. Power outputs will top 200 kW in certain specifications, and battery capacities will start at 66.5 kWh (net). Long range versions with larger batteries are planned. Charging can be carried out at up to 100 kW DC or 11 kW AC using the CCS inlet.
Prices and specifications for the new Mercedes Benz EQB will be announced closer to UK launch.
