Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, is a public hospital located in Grimsby in the Northern Lincolnshire county in the Yorkshire and Humber region of England. It is overseen by the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and delivers critical medical services to a population spanning 400,000 people deriving from the North and North East Lincolnshire and East Riding of Yorkshire.
Origins from the hospital derive from an old Workhouse that opened in 1894. The edifice merged with the National Health Service (NHS) in 1948 as Grimsby District General hospital. Then an overhaul of modernisation began within the site and the hospital was opened officially by the Princess of Wales as the Scartho Road Hospital in July 1983. Subsequently being renamed as Diana, Princess of Wales in commemoration of her death in 1997.

Temporary passes will be provided for up to seven days for those who meet the criteria for exemption.
There are three drop off spaces outside the main entrance and one outside the day surgery. These are 10 minute drop off zones only and you must not park here for any longer than what is stated.

The hospital is situated a six minute car ride, a 10 minute bus journey or a 30 minute walk from Grimsby town railway station by taxi.
