Kensington is well connected to surrounding areas by road. The A4 Cromwell Road links Kensington to Central London on the east and to Hounslow and Heathrow Airport on the west.

Kensington is served by four stations: High Street Kensington, Gloucester Road, South Kensington and Kensington (Olympia).
